You are responsible for the recruitment process, onboarding of new employees, payroll and benefits, taking into account company policies and procedures. In addition, you build strong relationships with the company's managers to help them with their staffing needs and you are the point of contact for all employees for HR-related questions.

What to expect when applying for a function?
When you submit your application, we will first look closely to your CV. You will be getting a first feedback. If selected for an interview, you may expect to receive an invitation for an interview.
During the interview we will present the way we work. Afterwards, it is up to you to talk about your interests, competences and ambitions. For certain functions, we will then invite you for additional tests or interviews. In this phase we also ask you to provide some references we can contact.
If we are convinced working with you, we will gladly present you a contract proposal. We’ll invite you again to discuss and sign the agreement. Very soon afterwards you will start as a Merito consultant at one of our clients.
